Terms & Conditions for One Last Summer Promotion
- Booking & Payment: A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required at the time of booking to secure your session. The remaining balance is due after the viewing before you receive your images.
- Session Duration & Location: The session is 45-60 minutes long and must take place at an outdoor location in Auckland agreed upon at the time of booking.
- Promotion Validity: This special offer is only available for photoshoots booked and completed between March 1, 2025, and March 31, 2025.
- Included Images: Clients will receive 10 professionally edited images in both color and black & white (20 total). Additional images can be purchased separately at standard rates.
- Rescheduling & Cancellations: Sessions may be rescheduled due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances at the photographer’s discretion. Rescheduling is subject to availability within March 2025. If the client cancels without rescheduling, the deposit is non-refundable. For rescheduling due to bad weather, shoots can take place outside of May 20205 but need to take place before June 30th, 2025.
- Late Arrivals: Arriving late will shorten the session time. If the client is more than 15 minutes late, the session may be canceled without a refund.
- Usage Rights: The photographer retains the right to use images for promotional and marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the session. The customer can use the images for personal use only.
- No Substitutions: This promotional offer cannot be combined with other discounts or exchanged for alternative services.
