Do you provide a staff member to operate the booth?

Yes, we provide a professional staff member to ensure smooth operation throughout your event.

Can I rent the photobooth without event photography?

Yes, the photobooth is available as a standalone service or can be added to our event photography service and receive 25% discount on the event photography.

Do you offer wedding services?

Our photobooth service is not available for weddings, but we are happy to cater to a wide range of other events.

Terms & Conditions

Booking and Payment:
  • A non-refundable deposit of $300 is required to secure your booking.
  • The balance must be paid 2 days prior to the event.
Cancellation Policy:
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability.
  • The deposit to secure your booking is non-refundable. A cancellation 2days before the event will result in any payments made on top of the deposit. 
Photobooth Setup and Use:
  • Our team will arrive 1h prior to the event for setup and remain on-site during operation.
  • The photobooth requires access to a power source and a minimum area of 2m x 2m for setup.
  • The client is responsible for ensuring the venue has adequate space and electrical access.
Props and Backdrops:
  • All props and backdrops provided remain the property of Picaboo Pictures.
  • Any loss or damage to props will incur additional charges.
Liability:
  • Picaboo Pictures is not responsible for any injuries, damage, or loss of personal items resulting from the use of the photobooth.
Photos and Usage:
  • All photos taken by the photobooth are owned by Picaboo Pictures. By booking, the client agrees to allow Picaboopictures to use these images for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Event Limitations:
  • The photobooth is not available for weddings.
  • It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that event guests respect the photobooth equipment.
