What if there was a project with only winners? That is what the Wagging Tails Project is all about. It all started with 2 entrepreneurial ladies with a big heart for dogs who wanted to use their energy and skills to help those furry friends in need.
The goal of the project is to bring foster dogs home to their forever family and make their tails wag again of joy when receiving lots of love, while helping small local businesses with getting some high-end professional promotional material.
The concept of this project is simple, everyone contributing to The Wagging Tails Project is a winner. Picaboo Pictures is a small local photography business that provides services for dogs. The people at Picaboo Pictures will put their time, skills, energy but above all love into photographing foster dogs for free to help their chances of finding a forever home.
For each shoot we will try to collaborate with a local small business that is looking for some free commercial material in exchange to help out with the photoshoot and maybe donate towards the little furry friends in need.
The outcome of this project is even better than the concept.
Picaboo Pictures gets to use the photos in their portfolio, and will have their watermark on the photos, so that everyone gets to know who took these beautiful shots.
The collaborating business gets to use the photos used in the shoot for commercial needs and gain more visibility to their business.
But the biggest winners have to be, and always will be the dogs of course. They get to have their photo taken in a professional way, under professional circumstances with experienced dog photographers, who at all times will put the dogs feelings and possible anxieties first. We will always put the dogs at ease and keep in mind their, sometimes difficult, history with humans. These photos should help them get adopted faster. After the shoot, the dogs will receive whatever the collaborating business is willing to offer and they will also receive a discount for a photoshoot at Picaboo Pictures for when they have found their forever home.
